Orders are prepared and shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

All orders are shipped via USPS.
Estimated delivery time is 5 to 10 business days. Please note that once your order is shipped, delivery times are out of my hands, but I will always do my best to assist you with any shipping issues.
Expedited or express shipping is not currently offered, but feel free to contact me, and I will do my best to accommodate your needs.

For orders under $40, standard shipping rates apply.

I ship internationally! Please note that delivery times for international orders may vary depending on your location.

All orders include a tracking number, which will be provided once your package has shipped.

I prioritize sustainability by using eco-friendly packaging, including recyclable materials such as cardboard, paper, and twine.

Lost or Damaged Packages

All orders are insured. If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please reach out to me. Although some items are one-of-a-kind and cannot be replaced, you will be fully refunded for lost or damaged packages. If your wish to reorder or create a custom replacement, we can explore options together.

Return & Exchange Policy

At this time, I do not accept returns or exchanges, as each piece is carefully crafted with love and intention. However, your satisfaction is incredibly important to me. If there is any issue with your order, such as damage during shipping or a defect, please contact me immediately, and I will do my best to make it right.

Damaged or Lost Items

All orders are insured. If your item arrives damaged or lost in transit, you will receive a full refund.
